Amenities FAQs for Acropolis Mediterranean Village
Can you describe the in-residence technologies for all units?
A state-of-the-art entertainment system with flat screen televisions and leading-edge sound systems will be included in all residences. The residences will be pre-wired for satellite television, high-speed Internet access and speakers.
Where will owners and guests park their cars?
The parking area is subterranean. There will be a Valet at the lobby to park and retrieve your vehicle as requested.
Can friends and family use my unit without charge?
Yes. Friends and family that have been pre-reserved and registered can use your specific unit without charge, subject to the terms of rental management agreement if you choose to opt into the rental management program.
What are the children's services and activities?
Acropolis Mediterranean Village will have a Kids Club offering nanny services, a playground and other child-friendly areas to entertain your little ones.
Are resort amenities included in purchase price–use of spa facilities, boating, snorkeling–or is there an additional cost each time I use these amenities or services?
For owners, snorkeling gear, various watercraft, use of the fitness center and sports courts are covered as part of your dues. Items of additional cost will be the use of spa services, boating or diving trips, and local transfers.
What are the Beach Club amenities?
The Beach Club will have facilities for food and beverage service, a large zero-edge swimming pool and towel service. It will also serve as the Ocean Sports Center. See the "Beach Club" page under of The Project section of this website for more details.
What is the Spa going to be like? What services will it offer?
The Spa is still in design development; however we do know that it will feature indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, along with therapies, amenities and services found at the world's finest spas.
How will maid service be handled and how much will it cost?
Acropolis Mediterranean Village will charge a required nightly fee based on unit size and the owner's preference for full or limited service. A schedule of fees will be available prior to closing.
Will there be storage available for personal goods when not staying in residence?
Yes. A small lockable unit will be available for all owners to leave personal items in while their unit is not being used.
